A beautiful Lyon & Healy Style 19 in exceptionally well-preserved condition, making it an excellent addition to any collection. This harp has a rich, booming sound and is particularly well suited for gigging or students.
Its lightweight design makes it easy to handle and transport. The harp features elegant, organic hand-carved detailing on the top and bottom of the Hard Maple column, creating a highly decorative yet graceful and airy appearance. The bronze finish is exceptionally beautiful, with multiple tones and highlights that give the harp a remarkable golden appearance. It also features an extended soundboard.
The harp was restored in 2019, including refinishing of the mahogany and bronze, action re-riveting, and repair of the base frame. It was last regulated in 2023 and may benefit from another regulation to bring into its best playing condition. A striking historic instrument with excellent presence, sound, and character.
